17:48A-7.7. Review of determinations of commissioner of banking and insurance All determinations of the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance made under the provisions of this act, or the act to which this act is a supplement, shall be subject to review by the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ.
