Disputes between corporation and hospitals; review

17:48-16. Disputes between corporation and hospitals; review Any dispute arising between a corporation subject to the provisions of this act and any hospital with which such corporation has a contract for hospital service may be submitted to the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance for his determination with respect thereto. All determinations of the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance made under the provisions of this act shall be subject to review by the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ.
