Definitions.

17:48-12.1 Definitions. 11. As used in sections 11 through 15 of P.L.2014, c.81 (C.17:48-12.1 through C.17:48-12.5): "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance. "Hospital service corporation" means an entity authorized to transact business in this State pursuant to P.L.1938, c.366 (C.17:48-1 et seq.). L.2014, c.81, s.11.
