17:48-1.5. Health care services by voluntary visiting nurse organizations Any contract made by a corporation subject to the provisions of the act to which this act is a supplement, may provide for the furnishing of health care services elsewhere than in a hospital by voluntary nonprofit visiting nurse organizations.
