Applicability of C.17:30C-1 et seq.

17:47B-14 Applicability of C.17:30C-1 et seq. 14. Except as otherwise provided in this act, the terms and conditions set forth in P.L.1975, c.113 (C.17:30C-1 et seq.), pertaining to insurance reorganizations, receiverships and injunctions, shall apply to captive insurance companies formed or licensed under this act.
