17:47-5. Additional or substituted underwriters The underwriters applying for a certificate of authority hereunder may, after the issuance of the certificate, be joined by other underwriters, additional or substituted. The other underwriters shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and shall be held to be bound by the documents on file with the commissioner concerning the authorized underwriters, in the same manner and to the same extent as though they had been original applicants for the certificate of authority.
