17:47-10. Certain information furnished commissioner Any association of underwriters authorized hereunder shall from time to time furnish to the commissioner, under oath of their attorney or attorneys in fact, such information as the commissioner requires respecting the conduct of their affairs, changes in the name under which the business is done, the establishment of branch offices and their location, and any change in the membership of the underwriters and their attorney or attorneys in fact, including any amendment to the power of attorney, agreements or articles of association of underwriters.
