17:46D-11 Penalties enforceable, pet insurance. 9. The commissioner of the department shall be authorized to establish and enforce penalties for violations of this act, pursuant to section 6 of P.L.1996, c.45 (C.17:1-15). L.2025, c.224, s.9.
