Examination of insurers; expenses; payment

17:46C-15. Examination of insurers; expenses; payment The commissioner, in accordance with the procedures set forth in R.S. 17:23-4 et seq., shall make an examination of the affairs of any insurer obtaining a certificate of authority under this act as often as he deems it necessary for the protection of the interest of the people of this State. The commissioner shall have the power to charge the expenses of examination to the insurer in the manner in which they are charged under Titles 17 of the Revised Statutes and 17B of the New Jersey Statutes.
