17:46C-13. Rules and regulations The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations to provide for the licensing of agents and brokers under this act, including the establishment of examination and licensing fees, and such other rules and regulations as are necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of this act, which rules and regulations are consistent with licensing requirements and standards in Title 17 of the Revised Statutes and Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes.
