Effect of this act

17:46B-62. Effect of this act The repeal by this act of any provision of law shall not revive any law heretofore repealed or superseded, nor shall this act affect any act done, liability incurred, or any right accrued or established, or any suit or prosecution, civil or criminal, pending or to be instituted to enforce any right or penalty or punish any offense under the authority of the repealed laws. No provision of the insurance laws of this State, except as contained or referred to in this act, shall be applicable to title insurance companies, title insurance agents, title insurance rating organizations or the business of title insurance, and no law hereafter enacted shall apply to title insurance companies, title insurance agents, title insurance rating organizations or the business of title insurance unless specified to be or become so applicable.
