17:46B-58. Examination of title insurance companies; when authorized or required a. The commissioner may make an examination into the affairs of any title insurance company authorized to do a title insurance business in this State as often as he deems it expedient for the protection of the interest of the people of this State. b. The commissioner shall make an examination into the affairs of every authorized domestic title insurance company at least once in every 3 years and every title insurance rating organization at least once in every 5 years.
