17:44B-24. Standards of valuation for certificates 24. a. Standards of valuation for certificates issued prior to one year after the effective date of this act shall be those provided by the laws applicable immediately prior to the effective date of this act. b. The minimum standards of valuation for certificates issued on or after one year after the effective date of this act shall be the same as those for life and health insurers specified in N.J.S.17B:19-5 and N.J.S.17B:19-8.
