17:3B-42. Other laws not applicable; exceptions 14. Any other law of this State limiting the rate or amount of interest, discount, points, finance charges, service charges or other charges which may be charged, taken, collected, received or reserved shall not apply to extensions of credit under a revolving credit plan operated in accordance with this act; except that the periodic percentage rate of interest which may be charged, taken, collected, received or reserved under a revolving credit plan operated in accordance with this act shall not exceed the percentage rate permitted pursuant to N.J.S.2C:21-19.
