Nonexclusivity

17:3B-27. Nonexclusivity Nonexclusivity. The provisions of this act are not exclusive and the lender may at its option elect to extend credit either pursuant to this act or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. The provisions of this act shall apply to all transactions made pursuant to this act, notwithstanding any limitation on interest rate, charges, costs, fees, term of loan or collateral in any other loan or credit laws of this State.
