17:38-1.1. Fraternal benefit society contracts; conformity with health insurance provisions One year after the effective date of this supplementary act, and thereafter, no domestic, foreign or alien fraternal benefit society authorized to do business in this State shall issue or deliver in this State any certificate or other evidence of any contract of insurance or endorsement thereto against loss or damage from the sickness, or the bodily injury or death of the insured by accident, except in conformity with the provisions of chapter 26 of Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes.
