Orders of commissioner; review

17:37A-12. Orders of commissioner; review All orders of the commissioner made pursuant to this act shall be subject to review by the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. L.1968, c. 129, s. 12, eff. July 1, 1968.
