Violation of regulation or order

17:36-5.24. Violation of regulation or order Any insurer, insurance agent, insurance broker or other person or persons doing in this State the business of fire insurance which shall violate any regulation or order of the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance or attach to, or otherwise make a part of any contract of fire insurance any contract, supplemental contract or extended coverage endorsement which has been disapproved by the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
