Disapproval and other orders to be in writing

17:36-5.23. Disapproval and other orders to be in writing Whenever the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall make any disapproval or any other order affecting any insurer, insurance agent, insurance broker or other person or persons subject to this act, such disapproval or order shall not be effective unless made in writing and signed by the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance or by his authority.
