Right of insurer to receive information from authorized agency with respect to civil action

17:36-19. Right of insurer to receive information from authorized agency with respect to civil action Any insurance company providing information to an authorized agency or agencies pursuant to this act shall, with respect to a civil action, have the right to request relevant information and receive, within a reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days, the information requested, provided that the information is not otherwise privileged by law.
