17:35C-3. Prohibited provisions 3. a. No medicare supplement contract shall contain benefits which duplicate any benefits provided by medicare. b. The commissioner may issue regulations that specify prohibited contract provisions not otherwise specifically authorized by statute which, in the opinion of the commissioner, are unjust, unfair or unfairly discriminatory to any person covered or proposed for coverage under a medicare supplement contract.
