Inquiries concerning affairs

17:35-21. Inquiries concerning affairs The commissioner may address any inquiries he deems proper to any corporation or association authorized to do business in this state under the provisions of this article in relation to its business or condition, and its officers shall promptly reply in writing to all the inquiries under the oath of its president or secretary or other like officers.
