Annual report

17:35-19. Annual report Every corporation or association doing business in this state under the provisions of this article, shall on or before March first in each year make and file with the commissioner a report of its affairs and operations during the year ending December thirty-first next preceding. The report shall be in the form the commissioner requires and verified by the oath of the president and secretary.
