Certificates to agents

17:35-17. Certificates to agents After authorizing the corporation or association to do business in this state, as provided in this article, the commissioner shall issue certificates to agents thereof, to be designated by the corporation or association authorizing them to act. The certificates shall be renewed annually on January first, or within sixty days thereafter.
