17:33A-23 Access to information provided to Insurance Fraud Prosecutor. 39. The Insurance Fraud Prosecutor shall have access to all necessary information in the possession of the State or local public entities, including agency inspection reports, motor vehicle records and license information, individual case files, and intelligence information compiled and maintained by the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety. Upon the request of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor, any insurer which has referred a case to the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor or to any county or local government agency shall make available to the Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor all information on the case in the insurer's possession.
