17:33A-21 Standards of performance for Fraud Investigatory Section. 37. Standards of performance shall be established for the Fraud Investigatory Section, which shall include, but not be limited to, recording the cases referred by insurers, local government agencies and others which are assigned to the Fraud Investigatory Section, investigating cases of alleged fraud in accordance with the priorities established by the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor, recording the disposition of the cases referred to the section, and making recommendations to the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor as to any procedural, regulatory, or statutory changes which may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act.
