Power to hold real estate

17:32-9. Power to hold real estate Any insurance company of another state or foreign country transact business in this state may purchase, hold and convey real estate situa herein, for the purposes, and no other, and in the manner provided by chapters 17 to 33 of this title (s. 17:17-1 et seq.), for insurance companies of this state.
