17:30E-19. Copy of plan of operation sent to Senate and General Assembly For the purposes of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of this act, the commissioner shall forward a copy of the plan of operation or any amended plan of operation to the Senate and General Assembly on the first day in which both Houses shall be meeting in the course of a regular or special session after a plan or amended plan has been certified to the directors.
