17:29E-15 Annual report to Governor, Legislature. 61. The ombudsman shall report to the Governor and the Legislature on or before September 30 of each year, summarizing his activities for the preceding year, documenting any significant insurance industry problems with regard to claims settlement practices in any line of insurance, and setting forth any recommendations for statutory or regulatory change which will further the State's capacity to resolve claims disputes.
