Excess rate on specific risk; application; approval

17:29A-7.1. Excess rate on specific risk; application; approval Upon written application of an insurance company, broker or agent, which application shall include the signed consent of the applicant for insurance, the commissioner may approve, on any specific risk, a rate in excess of that provided by a rate filing which would otherwise be applicable.
