Joint legislative committee; monitoring and evaluation

17:29A-41. Joint legislative committee; monitoring and evaluation The Banking and Insurance Committee of the General Assembly, and the Labor, Industry and Professions Committee of the Senate, or their respective successors, are constituted as a joint committee for the purposes of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of sections 4 to 11 of this act, and said joint committee shall, as it may deem appropriate, issue recommendations for administrative or legislative changes affecting the implementation of this act. L.1983, c. 65, s. 12, eff. Jan. 1, 1983, operative Jan. 1, 1984.
