Inexperienced operator classification; producer commission

17:29A-40. Inexperienced operator classification; producer commission No producer commission shall be paid on the additional premium generated by an inexperienced operator classification. L.1983, c. 65, s. 11, eff. Jan. 1, 1983, operative Jan. 1, 1984.
