Penalties

17:29A-22. Penalties Any person, partnership, association, corporation, insurer, or rating organization who or which shall willfully violate the provisions of this act shall be liable to a penalty in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each such violation, to be sued for and recovered for the use of the State in a civil action brought in the name of the State by the commissioner in a court of competent jurisdiction.
