Doing business without license a misdemeanor

17:29A-21. Doing business without license a misdemeanor Any person, corporation, partnership or association which conducts the business of rate-making in this State for two or more insurers without having obtained a license therefor pursuant to the provisions of this act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
