17:23A-22. Obtaining information under false pretenses Obtaining information under false pretenses. Any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information about an individual from an insurance institution, agent or insurance-support organization under false pretenses is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree. L. 1985, c. 179, s. 22.
