17:22D-6. Rules, regulations 6. The commissioner may, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), promulgate rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1993,c.239,s.6.
