17:22B-3. License required for adjuster 3. a. No individual, firm, association or corporation shall act as an adjuster in this State unless authorized to do so by virtue of a license issued or renewed pursuant to this act. b. No adjuster shall act on behalf of an insured unless licensed as a public adjuster. c. The holder of a license under this act may act as an adjuster without any other license. L.1993,c.66,s.3.
