Purpose of act

17:22A-27 Purpose of act 2. This act governs the qualifications and procedures for the licensing of insurance producers. It simplifies and organizes the statutory law to improve efficiency, permits the use of new technology and reduces costs associated with issuing and renewing insurance producer licenses.
