Examination and regulation of fund; financial report

17:22-6.81. Examination and regulation of fund; financial report The fund shall be subject to examination and regulation by the commissioner. The association, on behalf of the fund, shall submit, not later than March 31 of each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the commissioner.
