17:22-6.69g Rules, regulations. 7. The commissioner, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), may adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2011, c.119, s.7.
