17:22-6.53. Validity of contracts procured from unauthorized insurers Insurance contracts procured as "surplus lines" coverages from unauthorized insurers in accordance with this law shall be fully valid and enforceable as to all parties. L.1960, c. 32, p. 116, s. 19.
