Proxy voting permitted at elections

17:21-1. Proxy voting permitted at elections At any election of directors, managers or other officers of an insurance company of this state, every person entitled to vote at the election may vote in person or by attorney or proxy, but no proxy shall be voted, allowed or received after three years from its date.
