Compliance; nonimpairment.

17:17C-8 Compliance; nonimpairment. 8. If the mutual insurer complies substantially and in good faith with the requirements of this act with respect to any required notice to policyholders, its failure in any case to give the notice to any person or persons entitled thereto shall not impair the validity of the actions and proceedings taken under this act or entitle a person to any injunctive or other relief with respect thereto.
