Stock or mutual plan

17:17-2. Stock or mutual plan Companies may be formed upon the stock or mutual plan to transact any kind of insurance authorized by section 17:17-1 of this Title, subject to the limitations specified in section 17:17-3 of this Title. Amended by L.1945, c. 224, p. 729, s. 1.
