Application of subtitle limited

17:17-13. Application of subtitle limited The provisions of this subtitle, other than those specifically made applicable thereto, shall not apply to corporations authorized to transact business in this state under the provisions of chapter 35 (17:35-1 et seq.), or chapters 39 to 44 (s. 17:39-1 et seq.) of this title.
