17:16K-14. Nonapplicability to certain ATM's 8. The provisions of this act shall not apply to any automated teller machine or automated teller machine facility located in any building, structure or space the primary purposes or function of which is: unrelated to the provision of financial services to the general public, including but not limited to office buildings, supermarkets, airports and school buildings; to provide automated teller machine services to persons employed in such building; or installed for a temporary purpose for a period of not more than thirty days.
