Foreign depository; limitations on acquisition or merger

17:16J-17. Foreign depository; limitations on acquisition or merger Nothing in this act is intended to authorize the merger by or the acquisition of stock or the assets of a depository by a foreign depository, or a company other than as defined in subsection i. of section 1 of this act.
