Exemption from any filing requirements

17:16D-15. Exemption from any filing requirements No filing of the premium finance agreement shall be necessary to perfect the validity of such agreement as a secured transaction as against creditors, subsequent purchasers, pledgees, encumbrancers, successors, or assigns. L.1968, c. 221, s. 15.
