Remedial legislation; liberal construction

17:16C-96. Remedial legislation; liberal construction This act being deemed and hereby declared remedial legislation necessary for the protection of the consumers of this State, shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes and intent thereof. L.1968, c. 224, s. 2.
