Assignment of salary, wages, commissions or other compensation for services

17:16C-39. Assignment of salary, wages, commissions or other compensation for services No retail seller, sales finance company or holder shall at any time take in a retail installment contract, a retail charge account or in a separate instrument, any assignment of or order for the payment of any salary, wages, commissions, or other compensation for services, or any part thereof, earned or to be earned and any such provision shall be void and unenforceable.
